About the Project
The LOGMASTER project proposal results from the development of a common and harmonized master program framework in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, based on the competencies for top managers developed by ELA in its ELAQF level 7 standards
The LOGMASTER consortium is made up of Higher Education Institutions, training organizations, and certification bodies. These entities will jointly develop a framework for a Master program in SCM for top management positions, in terms of curricula, teaching/lessons materials based on the ELA qualification standards.
Digital education based on Virtual Reality cases at university level focused on supply chain and logistics is another innovative approach that the LOGMASTER consortium will provide.
Our Objectives
The LOGMASTER project is driven by a central goal: to create a joint Master’s programme framework in Supply Chain Management and Logistics that aligns with the European Logistics Association (ELA) competency standards. In response to the evolving demands of the logistics industry, this initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic training and professional expectations at the highest levels.
To achieve this overarching goal, LOGMASTER sets out several specific objectives:
Modernize education
in the field by designing an innovative academic programme tailored for future leaders in supply chain management and logistics, integrating the most advanced digital learning tools available today.
Build a state-of-the-art curriculum
that embraces digitalisation and modern teaching methodologies, ensuring students are equipped with both strategic insight and operational competence.
Adopt student-centred learning models
that promote flexibility and adaptability, empowering learners to follow personalized, competency-based educational paths that reflect real-world industry requirements.
Strengthen collaboration
between universities, logistics training associations, certification authorities, and industry players, creating a vibrant ecosystem for knowledge exchange. This cooperation is essential to ensure that academic outputs are directly relevant to the practical needs of the logistics and supply chain sectors.
Through these objectives, LOGMASTER is poised to support the transformation of logistics education across Europe, nurturing a new generation of experts capable of leading change in a digitally connected, globalised supply chain environment.
